LAST DAY TO PLACE ORDERS FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS: December 8th. Any orders placed after the eighth of December might not be delivered in time for Christmas. If you need to RUSH an order, please email us. There will be a charge of $35.00 during Holidays and Company Sales.
Terms and Conditions:
- Mahina Jewelry accepts payments through PayPal. It is not required to have a PayPal account to continue with purchase as an option to pay with credit or debit card through PayPal is offered.
Returns or Exchanges:
- As each piece is handcrafted to order (unless listed otherwise), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If there is a problem/error with your order once you receive it, please email us asap: Niki@mahinajewelry.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the error is caused by Mahina Jewelry we will gladly replace it.
- Mahina Jewelry will fix any broken piece(s), at no extra cost besides shipping, up to 45 days after the order has been received by customer.
- After the 45 days of receiving the jewelry, broken items can be fixed for a payment of 50% off the original price of the item(s) needing to be fixed.
- Customer must provide a picture of the broken jewelry and the name order was placed under, before sending back any piece. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending jewelry back for repairs.
- Each item that is available to purchase is made to order unless listed otherwise. Please allow anywhere from 2-3 weeks (as of September 5th 2017) for your order to be fulfilled, (due to high demand in custom orders). This does not include shipping time. You can always send us an email to ask what our production time is at the moment as it constantly changes depending on the volume of orders currently in production.
- We do accept “rushed” orders for a charge of $20.00, please email us.
- Custom orders are fulfilled in the order they are received (therefore, it may take up to 5 weeks for orders to be completed from time of order placed).
- During the Holiday Season(s) and Company Sales, orders may take longer than normal to get to you due to high volume in orders.
Shipping and Handling:
- Mahina Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Each US order will have a tracking number, & it will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
- All packages are mailed through USPS.
- FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping does NOT include a Tracking Number. If you would like a Tracking number to be added to your package, please email or send a message after purchasing. We will send you a link for a payment of $15.00.
- Please allow for 24 hours for your tracking number to show the correct status of shipment.
- Shipment time depends on the location your package is being sent to.
- Stamped Jewelry: Each piece will have a slight variation since it is hand stamped with love.
- ALL SALES FINAL for custom orders. Prior to placing your order on any customized jewelry, it is important to have your correct sizing information. There will be no exchanges or returns for size change requests.
- Descriptions for our products are & can be subject to change without notice.
- Even though we try to be as precise as possible, we do not warrant that our product descriptions and/or content are accurate or error free. Please contact email@example.com prior to purchasing the product(s) with any questions or concerns you might have regarding the specific item(s).
- Sizes on made to order pendants, charms, and earrings may vary slightly without notice as each piece is handmade.
*CANCELLING ORDERS: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. No exceptions once the 24 hours have passed as your order has begun processing. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
